From here.  I actually climbed that rickety old falling apart “death staircase” as we called it many years ago.  That building was a very popular spot in Toronto among the Urban Exploration crowd. There was a self-labelled ‘bohemian’ by the name of Stan that lived inside there for years… we’d often go visit him and see what new ‘treasure’ he had scavenged all over downtown.
